LOPROTEX LPX

LOPROTEX LPX is the excellent latex concentrate preserved with ammonia. The special processed of this product enable it to have very low non-rubber and ultra low extractable protein. This high purity latex concentrate has been developed to suit most application especially in dipping industries. LOPROTEX LPX can be used in all vulcanizing system and it provides excellent stability and good dry film physical properties when compared to other types of deproteinised NR latex.

APPLICATION
LPX is the ultra low extractable and antigenic protein and low non-rubber latex concentrate. It is suitable for all latex applications especially those that need to meet stringent requirement on low residual extractable and antigenic protein and low non-rubber solid in the finished products.

Typical formulation of LOPROTEX LPX in post-vulcanised system is as follows

LOPROTEX LPX 100 DRC
10%  potassium hydroxide 0.1 - 0.3 phr
10%  potassium laurate 0.1 - 0.2 phr
50%  sulphur dispersion 0.7 - 1.2 phr
50%  ZDEC/ZMBT/ZDBC dispersion 0.6 - 1.2 phr
50%  ZnO dispersion 0.5 - 1.0 phr
50%  anti-oxidant 0.5 - 1.0 phr
** Extra anti-oxidant could be use to enhance the aged dry film physical properties.
